Welcome to StaxFolio (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StaxFolio platform, website, software, and related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. PLATFORM SERVICES
StaxFolio provides a platform that enables users to discover, manage, access, evaluate, and interact with software tools, SaaS products, AI tools, and related digital services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use the Platform.
If using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
Users may be required to create accounts to access certain features.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account security
- safeguarding login credentials
- activities occurring under your account
You agree to provide accurate and current information.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users agree not to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations
- attempt unauthorized access
- disrupt Platform functionality
- distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
- scrape or copy Platform data without permission
- misuse provider software or services
5. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE AND PROVIDERS
The Platform may provide access to third-party software providers and services.
StaxFolio does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability
- compatibility
- performance
- security
- accuracy of third-party services
Third-party providers may maintain separate terms and privacy policies.
6. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some Platform features may require payment or subscription access.
By purchasing paid services, users agree to applicable pricing, billing, and subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.
StaxFolio reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription structures.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content, branding, software, designs, interfaces, and intellectual property are owned by StaxFolio or its licensors.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Platform materials without permission.
8. USER CONTENT
Users retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform but grant StaxFolio a limited license to use, host, display, and process such content for Platform operations.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.
10. DISCLAIMERS
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaxFolio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from Platform use.
12. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
